This Property Document ("Document") is entered into on this 03/12/2023 ("Effective Date") by and between Abdelrahman Alhato, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner," and any user, hereinafter referred to as the "User," collectively referred to as the "Parties".
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
The intellectual property known as "Qablannawm," including all its associated features, functionalities, source code, design, and content, is owned and operated by Abdelrahman Alhato (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"). "Qablannawm" is a broadcast application designed for children, providing a platform for parents to create accounts for their children, inputting information such as the child's name, date of birth, and preferences. The application offers a collection of audio content, including stories, for children to listen to before bedtime.
OWNERSHIP:
Abdelrahman Alhato is the sole owner of "Qablannawm" and retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the application. This includes but is not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, and any other intellectual property rights associated with "Qablannawm."
USER ACCOUNTS:
Parents or legal guardians may create accounts for their children by providing necessary information such as the child's name, date of birth, and other relevant details. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
SUBSCRIPTION:
Certain audio content within "Qablannawm" may be accessible only through a subscription model. Users are required to subscribe to access such content. The subscription terms, including fees and payment methods, are outlined in the application's terms of service.
